Tunnel Project Manager, Cleveland, Ohio

• Manage, oversee and direct tunnel construction projects from NTP to completion, including contract obligations and safety enforcement.

• Direct and oversee project staff/field supervision to ensure proper execution of projects, meeting budget goals, schedules, quality requirements and subcontractors.

Skills & Abilities

• Decision making.

• Effective written skills.

• Plan and specification interpretation and reading skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Basic understanding and ability with AutoCad, Project Management software, P6 scheduling.

• Ability to access all locations and areas of the construction site, including underground in-tunnel work zones.

Experience & Education

• P.E. preferred.

• Minimum 10 years experience in underground shaft/tunnel construction including TBM tunnels.



Surveyor, Cleveland, Ohio

• Operating level, GPS and total station equipment.

• Learning and operating tunnel control systems.

• Performing calculations and determining plans of action.

• Ability to work in underground tunnel environments as well as above ground.

Requirements

• College degree and PS preferred.

• Previous surveying experience (3 years).

• Ability to work flexible hours at any time of day or night.

• Able to lift and move survey equipment multiple times per day.
